Trail Conditions/Updates/ Maps and New Routes Announced

Trail Opening/ Closing Updates:
Trails closed for winter as of December 1, 2025
Trail Conditions Please ride with care when riding the Harrison Hills ATV trails.
* We continue to see is logging in different sections of our trails. Please ride with caution.
* There are new "water bars" within the trail system which must be taken slowly to avoid an accident.
Road Route Updates:
Highway L Under the Trestle is now OPEN
Hwy L "under the trestle" is finally open to ATV/UTV traffic. Please ride with caution!
Access to enter and ride in City of Tomahawk: The city of Tomahawk has made a lot of changes recently to get into and around in the city. Please watch for and follow the new signs that have been posted or go to the City of Tomahawks website for the new map.
Highway D-86 bridge cross access is open . We are now able to cross the bridge on Hwy D-86 going into Tomahawk . Thank you Bus for all your hard work to get this route open..

Reminder ~ Trails close December 1 and generally reopen some time in May. This will depend on the trail conditions; the Forestry Department makes the decision of when the trails open. Please watch the website for official May opening day at https://co.lincoln.wi.us/forestry-land-and-parks/page/trail-updates-and-maps.
